LifeSearch is an entirely independent, whole of market broker, which means we're not tied to any one or few insurance companies. Based on what the client has told you throughout your detailed conversation with them, you'll recommend the best product from the best insurer at the right price. Our ethical approach to advice also means that from time to time, we may not recommend anything to a client if it's clear that they don't need cover.

Our Protection Advisers aren't caught up in loads of admin. Once you've protected your client you'll have Client Support and Tele-interviewing colleagues to take care of the next steps, leaving you to get on with your role.
There are a few things you need: experience of high activity, outbound telephone calls, a long track record of exceeding personal targets, the ability to advise in a consultative, fact-finding and inquisitive way, rather than an 'order-taking' style, and be really switched-on, intelligent and savvy.
