So Father’s Day is rapidly approaching.

While getting something for mum on Mother’s Day can be relatively easy (posh candles, spa day, or even some cushions),

dads are nearly impossible to buy for… or so we thought.
The way forward is gadgets! And rubbish jokes, obviously.

Why not treat the man who 'sort of' improved your music taste and frantically had to find a lookalike, to replace any pets that had died over the years.
Check out our list below that will leave the ‘ole man saying…
“Tech yourself before you wreck yourself!“

Google Chromecast Audio

Available from Google (£30.00)

This nifty little gadget will let dad turn any of his old dusty boom boxes into a state of the art wireless speaker!
It does work with iOS but with very few apps, although if dad is an Android user he can connect any audio.

Panasonic RP-HTX7

Available from Amazon (£45.99)

Although if dad is more of a private listener, or you just don’t want to hear the hard rockin’sounds of AC/DC every time you are there, check out these retro and affordable cans to keep dad (and mum!) happy.

Belkin WeMo Smart plug
Available from Amazon (£29.99)

Smart Microwave? Yep! Smart Kettle? Yep! Your dad will love this! He can turn electronic devices on and off or set worry-free schedules right from his phone.
Compatible with iOS and Android, as well as Alexa!

Jawbone UP3 Activity tracker
Available from I Want One Of Those (£39.99)

Keep him on his toes with an activity tracker, he will be boring mum with how many steps he has done in a day, in no time!
The  UP3™ is so lightweight, comfortable and stylish, dad will never never want to take it off.

Mystery Gadget Box
Available from Firebox (£34.99)

Give your dad a Father’s Day present he wasn’t expecting. Ignore the stereotypical clichéd Socks, or naff mug and get him the wondrous gift of mystery. (OOOOH!)
